Three Interview Process Phone interview was conducted. Very professional and straight to the point. One of the senior management was present throughout the entire process. Afterwards, a second interview was scheduled. The focus of this interview was more about me and my personality with working within a team environment. The third interview was scheduled shortly after and an employment offer was made.
