Applied online and it took 8 weeks until I was contacted. HR contacted me to arrange fora video interview, however, they downgraded the job title I applied for 2 months ago to perhaps two levels below my current level. They did this without informing me at all, they even stated in the email that I had applied for this low level position, which I didn't. This is "bait and switch" and it really unimpressed me. As if I'm going to take a downgrade from my current position and spend 7-10 years to get back to it. This has soured me on this company entirely.

They have a fairly formal process with a good amount of preparatory paperwork pre-interview which included signing off on a background check. The interview was businesslike but relaxed. The environment was both professional and nice without being overly friendly or revealing much about the likelihood of being hired at the end of the interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour and consisted of largely informal conversation about my background and work experience, the positions requirements, and the various structures that are set up to support that position. No other people were met from the work team and the interview ended with a "we will let you know" response.
