Telephonic interview by recruiter. Followed by coding test, technical interview, final call by recruiter, offer letter released. Back ground and drug test done. Climax: Call from recruiter--> Client has kept the position on hold. So cannot place you (3 days before joining). I was relocated. Rented my apartment. This was very unprofessional from the recruiting team. I don't recommend this company. I advice recruiting team to be professional and only release offer letter after you get confirmation from clients.
