My initial experience was very good. I was kept busy, but then suddenly the jobs slowed down and my recruiter told me he was doing interviews Monday - Thursday, which made absolutely no sense to me. If you can't keep me busy, why are you hiring more people??!!! When I had to take the drug test a second time I was annoyed because my recruiter laughed and said no when I asked him if the internal Brilliant employees had to take a drug test. Your terminated as soon as a project ends unless they find you something in the current month, otherwise another drug test and more paperwork. The drug tests are inconvenient and I wasn't paid for using my personal time to drive, pay for parking and wait to take the test.

I had a phone screen, then a video interview. When it came time to meet an actual client, I was horrified to discover that they had us marching in one after another. The person before me saw me waiting, and I in turn, saw the next person waiting. Sort of like cattle. The client never even hired anyone.
