I was asked to interview for a Directorship and was given tasks that amounted to free consulting. Lemuel Park the CTO and founder asked for extensive feedback about his product and designs and also new designs. It basically took advantage of the interview process. I was onsite twice and he asked for lots of ideas and designs. Afterwards he never contacted me again or responded to emails. I'm absolutely appalled.
