Telephone interview and the face to face. Very quick and easy. All arranged to suit me and was a very positive experience. Telephone interview was more of a screening to check my suitability and interview involved face to face with manager and tour of setting plus time in a room with the children

Usually is steps interviews. General questions about precious experiencee, EYES and Safeguarding. 40-ish minutes interview with the manager and third in charge/or deputy Friendly approached, Good experience. I have got the job at the First step.
