HR call then round table debate. Felt like a huge waste of time and interviewer seemed disengaged. The debate has nothing to do with the job and if they wanted to hire a bunch of people who are good at speaking from good schools they should stop wasting other people’s time.

Entrevista
First round is an online phone call for about 30 mins going over basic personal information. Next round is a meeting with a group of other applicants to discuss a vague topic and to reason over solutions. Third is a technical interview assessment over algorithms. Never got to see the future rounds

Technical Interview: Given an order history book with deleted data, walk out an efficient algorithm to refill the order book
First had a call with the campus recruiter, asked behavioral questions. Said that will get back to me within the next few weeks. Followed up later but no response, then got a rejection letter about after two months.

recruiter phone was just getting to know your experience and what you know about bridgewater and their values. they wanna know u did ur research
group discussion was some random philosophical question. basically just tryna see how developed your critical thinking skills are.
