- Referred through friend - HR was professional - Phone interviewer was looking for a) general smarts (unique insights) b) very oriented to fit in culture. He was pretty unprofessional in terms of providing no feedback for next round - I was unprepared for the group interview. In retrospect, I would advise implying that the free market is always the best solution and agreeing with/taking on any comments from the facilitators. You could try and fake the whole free market perspective during the interview but would undoubtably find it hard to fit into the culture if you didn't buy it fully.
