Had a phone interview with an external recruiter. Was then asked to watch the company's videos on its culture and do a personality assessment test online. Was then invited to the headquarter for an interview. The Interview began with one hour of more videos about the company's culture. Had three rounds of interviews, all of whom were people who were hired within the year. They asked questions to stimulate your thoughts and questions to provoke you on purpose. Nothing was asked about my resume or skills.
