Brilliant process. Interviews are very direct. Personality wise the people there are "A-type personalities." The people there are clearly smart and at the very least have a process that works. No preparation was really needed.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
