Applied through a recruiter, then had a first round video interview. They make you do hours worth of personality tests and ask that you watch culture videos. After that, I had a super day at their Stamford office, which consisted of three parts: 2-on-1 interview, group interview, and video watching. (A couple of other applicants and I were called back for a second 2-on-1 interview.) There was a Q&A afterwards. The group interview got fairly derailed and the moderator will likely confuse you by going off track, which is supposedly the point of the discussion. The debate questions are very interesting, but your interview is dependent on who you're interviewing with. The whole process propagandizes Bridgewater's culture, and while they say they admire diversity of perspective and experience, most of the people who were given offers came from top 10 schools studying finance or STEM (with previous finance background).

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
