My recruiter scheduled an initial phone interview with Bridgewater. The interview lasted a little over half an hour and was conducted by phone. The interview covered basic fit information, i.e. why do you want to work at Bridgewater, why is it the right next step for your career, etc. They also ask you to describe your current role and function in the context of your company.
