Easy, not a lot asked about experience. They would take almost anyone. Not a lot of technical questions asked. Mainly asked for my availability and work schedule. Only cared that I have a college degree. They would take almost anyone.

Interview process only contained one interview. Was a fairly efficient process. Asked me basic interview questions such as how I work with others and my experience in a laboratory setting.
