Started off pretty well - completed the initial recruiter call, hiring manager interview, and onsite interviews in less than 2 weeks. I knew I was earlier in the process than others and wouldn't get an answer right away, but I ended up waiting more than five weeks to finally be rejected with 0 feedback. I was told two different times that I'd likely have an update by "early next week", but when those came and went with no more follow ups, I knew I wouldn't be getting an offer. I wish the team hadn't made me wait so long, I totally get that delays happen but almost 6 weeks is pretty egregious! I also wasn't sent a candidate feedback survey despite getting to the in-person stage, which is pretty shocking and makes me think they don't take candidate feedback seriously
