I got two interviews with Brawn Media. The first initial interview went very well, however, the second interview, that was supposed to be with Donna & another higher up was very negative. I saw online the negative reviews towards Donna and the company in general so a lot of my questions were centered about leadership. However, Donna failed to even show up to my interview blaming it on a "client call" that went over. My interview lasted for an hour and was at 9 am in the morning so obviously this was an excuse and not true. She also never sent a follow-up email apologizing and never bothered reaching out. The other lady on the call was very rude and unprofessional. When I started asking leadership questions concerning her and Donna she immediately got defensive and her body language changed. She became very rude and began insulting me and my past company. Stay away from this company. All the reviews you have read about Donna are true. Very unprofessional company.

The process took a total of 2 weeks. I was introduced to the company through a recruiting firm. I met with 3 members of the Human Resources team, I had a pleasant experience learning about the company and what my role would be like within the team.
