2 short telephone interviews (one HR, one finance) followed by assessment centre which included presentation and interview with some of finance team. Everyone was professional and put you at ease.

It starts off with a series of psychometric tests where you are tested for your accuracy and speed. Following this, if you pass they will interview you shortly via a phone call which leads to an online assessment centre. For this assessment centre you are given a presentation to prepare prior and are given a group work scenario on the day. Moreover, you are interviewed by several employees. Following this stage you are offered a position if you delivered a exceptional performance on the assessment day.
