The second—and final—round of my interviews was an in-person meeting with HR, a stakeholder, and someone directly related to the role. It lasted a bit over an hour and went quite pleasantly. I was told I would definitely hear back within about two weeks. However, I never received any response. I followed up with an email, but that also went unanswered—so essentially, I was ghosted. I believe that after a personal interview, it would be appropriate to provide some kind of feedback to the candidate. It says a lot about the company.
