Was a phone interview first to discuss qualifications, basics of the position, and a variety of changes hospital is making with internal administration. A few weeks after that, had a lengthy in person interview, met individually with several people, questions and discussion were pretty standard for the type of position. They were very slow to make a decision. All the people I met with were very nice and professional.
