Applied via website, did not receive an interview invite, must have been something missing on my cv. Online system showed that no selected as bcg had better candidates. No email notification they not selected.
First round with recruiter focused on the job profile and skill matching. This was followed by 5 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and peers, which tested motivation, skills relevant to the job, vision, and expertise in the relevant field

Six to seven individual interviews mix of case study/situational questions and fit questions to understand why BCG, why the role, and what you will bring to the role. Some interviewers were tougher than others.
