There are two rounds of formal interviews, and a simulation game required throughout the interview process. The first step you will encounter will be the simulation game. There are various tips to ace this process online, but at the end of the day, it is a series of games built to see if you have potential within the organization, so try your best. Once you have completed the game, a representative from their talent and acquisition team will reach out to you regarding your availability for a first-round interview. This round includes a behavioral interview (Why BCG, etc.) and an online case interview. Finally, you have the opportunity to be invited for a final round interview with partners at your respective location. This interview will be 45 minutes for each, and you will have two back-to-back. These interviews will include both a 10-15 minute behavioral interview segment as well as a 30-minute live-case segment.
