There were 4 rounds of interviews for this role. I spoke to various members of the social media team at different levels, as well as members of the wider department not directly in my team. The interviews were some of the best I've had in terms of depth of questions - it wasn't just a skills assesment but they also asked questions about my creative process as well as my goals for my career.

Interviewers seemed to complicate the interview and it seemed like they already had internal hires/interviews. Not sure why i was interviewed to be honest. Pretty basic questions although it did seem like they were pretty dry
