Applied for the position online on the BCG website. The next day, I was emailed about a phone interview offer with the HR manager. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and then received email saying that the position was filled about a month later

Went through like 8 rounds! Ended with a coffee chat then finally got offer. Make sure to be detailed in answers and show your personality amongst the 76 questions they’ll ask you haha
