There are about 4 different interviews: phone screening, Microsoft Teams interview, onsite interview, HR interview, and then the offer gets extended to you (if applicable). The process is straightforward enough, however, the timeline of the interviews varies on the time of year. Some roles go through the interview process quickly while others can take longer.
