Was reached out to through college career fair, 3-4 weeks after the career fair. Short 10 minute screening phone call, and then set up interview at their office. HR was professional and easy to talk to/ask questions. Interview was with two current employees.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
