Fair and as expected for an interview process there based on what I'd heard from friends and seen here on Glassdoor. Went through the below process and received offer but declined. Needed a better fit.

Recruiter screening, panel round with 2-4 associates-senior associates, final round interview with hiring manager. Quick turnaround on interviews. Started interviewing and got an offer within 1-1.5 months which was nice!

Easy but lengthy. They reached out and 2 months later had my final interview. The team reached out via email 2 days after final interview. Recruiter can connect you to other teams I believe.

Did a phone interview with the sourcing recruiter, which was followed 2 weeks later with a video interview by 2 senior employees of the contract. The recruiters & interviewers were encouraging and insightful, and I got the offer 2 weeks later
