I was referred by a friend, got emailed the application link from the referral. About a month later I had a quick call to go over my resume, then a 20 minute behavioral phone interview a few weeks later. Within a week I got an offer.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.
