The interview process was pretty easy. I was contacted through the Booze Allen Talent Recruiter to set up the interview. The Talent Recruiter maintained communications and answered some basic communications up until the actual interview.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
