Simply two behavioral interviews on campus. I feel like they really try to get to know candidates and they don't really ask generic interview questions, more let you talk about any experiences you want to talk about.

the company made it easy to interview in Headquarters location, was more of a formality at that point as initial questions had been conducted while on site of existing/ previous contractor

How do you engage with stakeholders and users regarding their system needs
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
Was quick and easy, had 2 virtual interviews. The managers asked me questions regarding requirement gathering and the SDLC. The first interview was an initial screening and second was lead by 2 managers that I would be working under.
