Met with different individuals on the team from managers to functional experts. Management focused more on my consulting skills and how I deal with people and potentially how I would interact with clients. The technical interview focused on my functional skills and how my skills would help the team achieve its project goals.

How would you deal with a co-worker who you have a tough time working with?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
