Entrevista
The interview process was a "speed dating process". You sat at a table and talked to several different people about available positions. It was quick and efficient. It was a little unorganized, it seems like some of the managers didn't know if they were supposed to talk to me. For some reason I was interviewed for a computer engineering job (I have NO computer engineering skills and no desire to become one). I am really happy that I was given an offer however, I would have felt gipped otherwise.

What skills do you have that will be useful for our contract?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
