I applied for the Graphic designer position. I cleared 1st round and was a given a banner creating task. My artwork got shortlisted and I was eligible for the final round. Final round went well as per my view. To my surprise two days later the HR messages me and says my profile is not selected. And when I called them for the same they say they need someone with more exposure. This was a vague answer. They left me with this surprise even after discussing about salary package in the last round. The only thing I was told that they will judge me based on my work. My experience says there was absolutely no coordination among the interviewers of all the rounds..
