Two round interview in which you meet with either or both ASM and SM. If you meet with the ASM first, they serve as an initial interview process. If they feel you meet the requirements and are a viable fit, they will recommend the Store Manager to schedule a second round interview. However, some Store Managers will find that they want to pull former friends/colleagues from previous employment into the interview process, giving them preferential treatment.

I applied online through a luxury retail web site, I submitted my CV and Cover Letter. After almost 2 weeks I received an email from the HR asking me to go for an interview with the Store Manager. It was a nice and pleasant experience. After a couple of days they called me saying I was successful and I will start in a few days.
