If you have a pulse, you will get hired. The Company is struggling to staff and the attrition rate is high. This is due primarily to promises made at hire, that never came to be. Their frivolous employee perks they tried to impress on me were insulting and don't pay the bills. I was less then impressed by the walk-thru of the facilities. Saw one employee crying, while others appeared stressed. Cramped work spaces, too many employees under one roof.
