It was overall very relaxed. I first had a phone interview before the actual interview. Some questions were asked in both portions, but for the most part they seemed fairly basic. I'd say the main takeaway is that they want to ensure you also have some understanding of autism and ensure you know how to deal with those on the spectrum that could conceivably be poor communicators when it comes to their frustrations.

In general it was questions regarding how I would hand things outside of the norm. What do you do if a child acts violently toward you? What do you do if you think the plan set by the therapist isn't working or needs revising? How would you communicate with a child who is nonverbal?

It was good they were very kind and straight to the point. They got me in for an interview quickly and they gave me very quick feedback. Overall it was quick and easy but almost a little too easy like they were desperate.

Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview and observation. The first phone interview is way to get to know the company they ask questions like your experience with ABA therapy and working with kids. Second part of the interview is in person and this goes over what specifically they're hiring for and what does it look like and observation of the job.

They have you do a phone interview and then will schedule you for an in person interview. It was a little odd because they had me interviewing with another candidate for a position and called it a collaborative interview.
