I don't remember if I applied or if they found my resume, but I got an email sent, and got a phone call later that day. I went in and had to wait for 10-15 minutes after my schedule appointment, which to me is somewhat annoying, but I get it, people are busy. I met with an assistant manager, I think. She was very personable, didn't feel like much of an interview, we talked a lot about random things. The second interview was a full day thing. I followed someone that worked there already and watched what they did. It was definitely a longer day. When it was done we came back to the office and I had a brief talk with the manager.
