I applied online and initially had a couple of phone interviews. Then they wanted me to interview in Washington DC office. Everything seemed great until when I arrived they weren't prepared for the interview as they had the incorrect date (I confirmed via my email I had the correct date). I had flown in for the interview (and paid for the airfare with their assurance it would be reimbursed). So after hastily assembling everyone we sat at a circular table and the interview itself was pretty straightforward. They never reimbursed for the airfare.
I had an interview over the phone with my initial point of contact. I was then sent a LONG writing test that I completed and never heard back, which I found to be very inconsiderate of my time, as they were aware I was working with a larger company at the time.

Entrevista
First interview was pretty basic, just with someone from HR asking basic questions and talking about the Role. The only real question is the typical “tell me about yourself” question! They then give you a writing assessment to complete.
