Lengthy interview process that involves an initial phone screening, and eventually a trip to the facility for an onsite interview. The day starts with a group session, in which you present about yourself for a full hour. Following this is a series of one-on-one interviews with various team members. This part is pretty standard, but interlaced with some very difficult technical questions.
