Phone interview first. Then Onsite interview. The onsite interview started at 3pm and lasted only two round. Then they asked me back. The interview questions are all java basic concept questions, no coding problems. I don't know how they make the hiring decision. Cause I answered all the questions. And I think my performance was not bad. Very sad that I didn't get a positive feedback.

15 minutes talking about resume, 45 minutes for 2 medium leetcode style coding questions (using code share), the interviewer was very friendly and communication is even more important than passing all test cases.
