I was invited for a phone call language (Japanese) test after 2 stages of the application process. I read a lot of positive feedback on the phone call language test but I personally did not have a good experience. My interviewee spoke unbelievably fast and clearly did not want to be talking to me. It was overall very unpleasant phone call.
I had : Hireview, phone calls, first manager interview, final round interview, another phone call of HR to say the manager really liked me, and I did great. 1.5 months later they told me they are looking for someone else. Told me they will send me information to apply to another division... it was in november I'm still waiting...

I was emailed about an interview but it was not a normal interview. I had to record myself and answer questions and send it in. I have not heard back yet, but questions were not too hard.
