They bring you into the company's impressive headquarters and put you in a glass conference room with everyone working and walking around you. It almost feels like you are a zoo animal on display. The recruiter at bit over the top with pushing how wonderful it is to work at the Bloomberg companies. While the interview experience wasn't bad, it was definitely odd. When I finally got to meet the hiring managers on the third interview, it became clear that people don't end up here because they love the company, they come here because they didn't like their past jobs or industries, but they somehow want to still be in touch with the former industries.
