Spoke to Head of Sales, shared salary requirements and was scheduled to speak to "Head of Business Development". Had decent conversations with both, followed up and was told that the salary that would be offered was less than 50% of the base of current role - complete waste of time. If salary is nowhere near what comp requirements are - why continue the conversation?
