The interview process included about 6/7 steps, with all interviews within the process being 30 minutes or less. The recruiter that I worked with did a phenomenal job of answering all of my questions and making sure that I was prepared for the next step in the process.
1. Call with the recruiter.
2. An interview with who would be my direct manager.
3. A case study assignment was given to me to complete.
4. A panel interview with 2 managers and 1 peer.
5. Provided 3 References. All were called
6. Interview with the CEO
7. Offer was made

The interview process at Block was truly one of the most positive interview processes I have been a part of. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely engaged and interested in my background and experience. I felt as though I was able to really grasp the ethos of the company through my interviews.
