All over the place. Given assignment after talking to recruiter, which seemed to be irrelevant, wasting a lot of personal time. Hiring manager was quite late and seemed completely disinterested/rude - 5 word answers for questions I asked.
As others mentioned here, perhaps recruiter and HM disconnect. What is actually needed/wanted from the role is unclear and/or doesn't seem to be known internally.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, behavioral loop (STAR model), and XFN conversation (3.5 hours total interview time). This format is standard in Tech/FinTech. You need well-thought-out STAR examples that are relevant.

Relatively straight forward, standard recruiter screen talking about salary expectations, tell me about yourself and experience, take home and four rounds of onsite interview followed by offer/no offer. One of the rounds is a HM pitch for the role and to answer any questions that you may have about Square and the role.
