The process was pretty direct - 30 minutes call with recruiter, followed by 30 minute call with direct manager and then 1.5 hours of additional conversations. There were many red flags during the process, but the biggest was that they asked my salary range, and had no issues with it. However, when it came time to getting the offer, they low balled me - the offer was $30k BELOW the minimum range I had given. They did not negotiate at all, and replied back that it was all they can offer to "keep the integrity of our pay bands."
