The project presentation round was quite disappointing. It seemed that the director's intention was solely to gather innovative ideas from candidates. I was specifically asked to prepare a presentation for one of my complex project, showcasing all the innovative ideas I had. However, during the managerial round, I was informed that the 6th round was solely meant to determine whether I would be considered for a lead, architect, or manager position. If the objective was to evaluate presentation skills, they could have requested a presentation on any topic. Similarly, if they intended to assess system designing skills, there was already a dedicated 45-minute 4th round specifically designed for that purpose, in which I successfully demonstrated my abilities and was selected. In all 5 rounds, people select you individually and then reject you together in last round, proves that they don't have ability to take decision based on their individual assessment. They failed to prove reason for rejection in last round. Better they assess candidate together in 1st round itself and do not waste candidate's time.
