I had around 5 rounds, First was telephonic round in which my current role and other technical question were asked. After this round, HR scheduled my face to face interview. There next four round had happened from which all round went well and I really had a great discussion in the Last CTO round. After the last round, CTO said HR will contact me within 2 3 hours with the final result. And yes in the next couple of hour I got a call from HR and we did a discussion on compensation and everything went well and she said we will share the offer letter by tomorrow. and the story starts now, I didn't get any update from HR. She stops picking my call neither replied over email. I tried to contact HR for a week but no luck. then after a couple of weeks, I got a reply that My review was positive from everyone, we are keeping you for the future reference. Is this professionalism? First, you said you will share the offer letter and then after a couple of weeks you are saying that you are keeping me for future reference. The company needs to understand that our time has value too. There is a suggestion; Please stick to your words."
