I had applied for the post of Data Scientist. Got a call from HR, regarding telephonic technical round. I had cleared the same, I was interviewed for about 40-45 mins. After the round there were some negotiations on the salary part, their offer was too low, which in turn resulted in one more round based on the coding skills. Then the interview didnt happen on the fixed date and time,I tried calling the Hiring manager, but the call wasnt picked up, Hiring team seems to be very casual, no mails, no calls. Next day suddenly i got a message on whatsapp saying your interview is fixed today, which was a saturday, me being not available on the said time. I think the team needs to have some professionalism. Also, one needs to respect candidate's time.
