Thank you for applying for a job with Binding Site and providing feedback through Glassdoor which we always review and try and learn from. Over the last 12 months we have recruited over 60 Technicians and on average receive around 50-60 applications for each of these roles because as a Company we are expanding, offer a great working environment and prospects for further career progression across the business so there is always a lot of interest in our roles.
The process we follow is that for each of these vacancies we conduct a thorough CV screening of all the CVs received to assess all the applications against our “Essential” and “Desirable” skills and person specifications for the role along with our current and future Business needs. We then invite shortlisted individuals with the most appropriate experience to take part in our interview process which is the procedure for every position at The Binding Site. It is likely we will only invite 3-8 people for interview from the 50 plus applications received.
I am sorry that you were not successful in receiving an interview, but there is strong competition for the roles. I do not accept your statement that “our values are not anywhere in the company”, while I appreciate the frustration with not being selected for interview I struggle to see how you can make that assertion if you have not attended an interview, and 700 employees here would not agree with you.
