I didn't get the opportunity to move on after the second interview, but overall had a positive experience. First of all, I really appreciate the companies that communicate with you regardless of the outcome. I've encountered too many that just resort to ghosting, which is a devastating feeling. The first interview with HR was about motivation, experience, and overall skills. Second interview was casual and the interviewer was friendly. He mostly asked what my tasks were in my previous jobs and what I understood about crypto.
