Interviewer based in US was late for about 15mins on a phone call. I did a little intro in the beginning about myself. Then I was asked to screen and walk through my portfolio. I was told that my portfolio was lack of design process. So I explained the design process, methodologies and the logic behind each product design decisions. The interviewer seems not paying enough attention and cut me half way and give me "suggestions" like improve your portfolio, explain how the design decisions are made, etc. what?? I didn't get a lot of questions asked and there's no constructive feedback from the interviewer. Instead I saw arrogant and incompetence in interviewing skills. This is clearly the worst interview experience for me, wasted my valuable time.
